Governmental agencies to supply reports, statistical data and othermaterials--publication of data by director, costs.

620.1005. 1. In order to ensure that all programs andactivities related to the purposes of sections 620.1000 to620.1007 are carried out in a coordinated manner, thedirector may call upon other government departments andagencies to supply such statistical data, program reportsand other materials, information and assistance as he deemsnecessary to discharge his responsibilities under sections620.1000 to 620.1007.

2. In order to ensure that all programs and activitiesrelated to the purposes of sections 620.1000 to 620.1007 areused to the maximum extent possible, and to ensure thatinformation concerning such programs and other relevantinformation is readily available, the director may, as hedeems appropriate, collect, prepare, analyze, correlate anddistribute such information, either free of charge or bysale at cost, and make arrangements and pay for any printingand binding.
