Rulemaking, procedure--information relating to request forassistance from business extension service team to be confidential.

620.1029. 1. The director of the department of economic developmentmay promulgate rules and regulations for the operation of the businessextension service team program.

2. All information regarding the financial condition, marketingplans, manufacturing processes, production costs, productivity rates,customer lists, or other trade secrets and proprietary information of abusiness requesting assistance from a business extension service team shallbe confidential and exempt from public disclosure.
