Use of loans--amount--limitation.
620.1058. Any loan made pursuant to the Missouri capitalaccess program shall be used predominantly for businessactivities within the state of Missouri. No program loan whenaggregated with other program loans by the same financialinstitution to the same borrower shall exceed five hundredthousand dollars. No program loan shall be used to refinanceprior nonprogram debt nor shall any program loan be made forpassive real estate purposes.
