Determination of basic policy, rules.

620.1081. The department of economic development shalldetermine the basic policies for the microenterprise loan programand shall promulgate rules and regulations, if necessary, toestablish the loan program and implement the provisions ofsections 620.1069 to 620.1081. Such rules and regulations shallbe drafted so as to encourage maximum involvement andparticipation by eligible lenders in the microenterprise loanprogram.
