Administration by director, rulemaking authority.

620.1240. The director of the department of economic developmentshall administer sections 620.1210 to 620.1240. The director may issuesuch orders and promulgate such administrative rules that, in the opinionof the director, are necessary to execute and enforce the purposes ofsections 620.1210 to 620.1240. No rule or portion of a rule promulgatedpursuant to the authority of sections 620.1210 to 620.1240 shall becomeeffective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions ofchapter 536, RSMo.
