Missouri rural economic development council established, members,qualifications, appointment.

620.155. There is hereby established the "Missouri RuralEconomic Development Council". The council shall consist of sixmembers, including the lieutenant governor, the director of thedepartment of agriculture, the director of the department ofeconomic development, and the director of the extension divisionof the University of Missouri. The other two members shall beone senator appointed by the president pro tem of the senate andone representative appointed by the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives.
