Report to the general assembly, contents.

620.1890. Prior to March first each year, the department will providea report on the program to the general assembly including the names ofparticipating companies, location of such companies, the annual amount ofbenefits provided, the estimated net state fiscal impact (direct andindirect new state taxes derived from the project), the number of new jobscreated or jobs retained, the average wages of each project, and the typesof qualified companies using the program.
