Activities eligible for reimbursement.

620.476. Activities eligible for reimbursement by fundsadministered through the new or expanding industry program andthe basic industry retraining program shall include: the wagesof instructors, who may or may not be employees of the industry;training development costs, including the cost of training ofinstructors; training materials and supplies, including thepurchase of packaged training programs when appropriate; traveldirectly related to the training program; tuition payments tothird-party training providers and to the industry; teaching andassistance provided by educational institutions in the state ofMissouri; on-the-job training; and the leasing, but not thepurchase, of training equipment and space.
