Youth service and conservation corps fund created--sources,administration.

620.574. There is hereby created in the state treasury the"Youth Service and Conservation Corps Fund". The state treasurershall deposit to the credit of the fund all moneys which may beappropriated to it by the general assembly and any gifts,contributions, grants or bequests received from federal, privateor other sources. The general assembly shall appropriate moneysin the youth service and conservation corps fund for the supportof the corps.
