Cases pending public service commission prior to July 1, 1985, effect.

622.040. The provisions of sections 622.010 to 622.059 and680.307, RSMo, shall not apply to any case presently pendingbefore the Missouri public service commission in which anyevidence has been submitted either to the public servicecommission or to the administrative law judge or hearingexaminer; or to any pending case in which the public servicecommission has ordered an investigation into rate charges and theresults of the investigation have been filed with the commission.In such cases the public service commission shall decide suchcases under the procedures in effect prior to July 1, 1985.
