Organization of division duty of the director of economic development.

622.045. The director of the department of economicdevelopment is expressly authorized to organize the division toaccomplish the purposes set forth by the provisions of sections622.010 to 622.059 and 680.307, RSMo, and within the limit ofappropriations made therefor shall employ all necessary personnelto accomplish those purposes. Personnel previously employed bythe public service commission may be transferred to thisdivision.
