All other responsibilities of the public service commission notaffected.

622.050. Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting anypower, authority, jurisdiction, duty or responsibility of thepublic service commission under chapter 386, RSMo, or any otherstatute as to the regulation of public utilities, utility safetyand any other nontransportation matters remaining with the publicservice commission after July 1, 1985.
