Application of law to foreign and interstate commerce.

622.110. No provisions of this chapter or chapter 387, 388, 389, 390or 391, RSMo, except when specifically so stated, shall apply to or beconstrued to apply to commerce with foreign nations or commerce among theseveral states of this union, except insofar as the same may be permittedunder the provisions of the Constitution of the United States and the actsof Congress.
