Delegation of authority.
622.170. The division may authorize any person employed by it to door perform any act, matter or thing which the division is authorized bythis chapter to do or perform, except that no order, rule or regulation ofany person employed by the division shall be binding on any carrier or anyperson unless expressly authorized or approved by the division.
