Information not open to public, when, penalty for disclosure,misdemeanor.

622.400. No information furnished to the division or the divisionstaff by a carrier, corporation or person, except such matters as arespecifically required to be open to public inspection by the provisions ofthis chapter, shall be open to public inspection or made public except onorder of the division or by an administrative law judge in the course of ahearing or proceeding. Any officer or employee of the division who, inviolation of the provisions of this section, divulges any such informationshall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
