Purchase of food limited to that for use of patients.

630.186. Any purchase of food in any institution under thecontrol of the department, other than the usual quantitypurchased for the patients or residents thereof, to be used by orfor anyone other than the patients or residents of suchinstitution shall be charged directly to the individualresponsible for such purchase.
