Receipt of funds of patient, procedure.
630.310. A department residential facility may accept fundswhich a parent, guardian or other person wishes to provide forthe use or benefit of a patient or resident of the facility. Thepossession and use of such funds shall be governed by section630.305 and by any additional directions given by the provider ofthe funds.
