630.535. 1. If the department discontinues the use of anybuilding or real property on any of the grounds of a residentialfacility operated by it and determines it has no future use forthe building or grounds, the department may inform thecommissioner of administration that the unused building orproperty is vacant. The governor may, consistent withappropriations, transfer the control and management of thebuilding or property to another state agency.

2. The governor shall obtain the approval of the directorbefore making any such transfer.
