Transfer of patient, duty of administrator.

630.830. The compact administrator is hereby directed toconsult with the immediate family of any proposed transferee and,in the case of a proposed transferee from an institution in thisstate to an institution in another party state, to take no finalaction without approval of the court which committed the proposedtransferee.
