Information to be furnished to patient, assistance.

631.130. Within three hours after the arrival of therespondent at an alcohol or drug abuse facility, the respondentshall be given a copy of the application for detention; a noticeof rights as set out in section 631.135*; and a notice giving thename, business address, and telephone number of an attorneyappointed to represent him, and assistance in contacting theattorney if so requested.
