Department may establish outpatient clinics--cooperation with others.

632.060. The department may establish clinics for theevaluation, care, treatment or rehabilitation, on an outpatientbasis, of persons affected by mental disorders or mental illness.The department shall cooperate with political subdivisions,schools and other organizations in the geographic area where itlocates its clinic to establish and further programs of educationand training for the prevention of mental disorders and mentalillness.
