Physician-patient, psychologist-patient privileges waived indetention proceedings.

632.425. The physician-patient privilege recognized bysection 491.060, RSMo, and the psychologist-patient privilegerecognized by section 337.055, RSMo, shall be deemed waived indetention proceedings under this chapter. The fact that suchprivileges have been waived pursuant to this section does not byitself waive the privileges in any other proceeding, civil orcriminal. The waiver of the privileges shall extend only to thatevidence which is directly material and relevant to detentionproceedings.
