Comprehensive report required, contents--annual report to generalassembly, contents.

633.306. 1. Beginning January 1, 2009, all mental health facilitiesshall, on an annual basis, submit a comprehensive report to the departmenton any staff and personnel turnover at the facility. Such report shallinclude the number, job description, salary, and duration of employmentregarding such staff and personnel turnover. Such reports shall besubmitted no later than thirty days after the end of each calendar year.

2. Beginning January 1, 2009, the department shall collect theinformation submitted under subsection 1 of this section and submit anannual report to the general assembly on or before March fifteenth of eachyear regarding the staff and personnel turnover at mental healthfacilities. Such report shall include information that is specific to eachfacility, as well as information inclusive of all such facilities.
