Interagency plan, department of natural resources and departmentof conservation.

640.030. The department of natural resources and thedepartment of conservation shall develop an interagency plan andexecute an interagency agreement regarding the application anduse of any portion of funds authorized for the respectivedepartments by provisions of the constitution, taking intoconsideration the purposes for which the voters approved thefunds and the extent to which expenditures under the provisionsof sections 252.300 to 252.333, RSMo, or sections 620.552 to620.574, RSMo, accomplish such purposes. Such interagencyagreements shall not be subject to legislative review oroversight and are not rules within the meaning of any lawproviding for review by the general assembly or any committeethereof.
