Form, details and incidents of revenue bonds.

640.686. 1. When not inconsistent with the provisions of sections640.651 to 640.686, the department and the authority, respectively, areauthorized to prescribe the form, details and incidents of the bonds and tomake such covenants as in their judgment may be advisable or necessaryproperly to secure the payment of the bonds.

2. The authority and the department shall have the power to performall duties imposed upon the authority and the department by sections640.651 to 640.686, including the making and collecting of sufficient ratesand charges for the use of the project for which the bonds were issued.
