Closure, funds to be returned, when.

640.747. In the event the department determines that a class IA,class IB, class IC or class II concentrated animal feeding operation hasbeen successfully closed by the owner or operator, all moneys paid by suchoperation into the concentrated animal feeding operation indemnity fundshall be returned to such operation.
