Sections not to apply to locomotives, exception.

643.076. The provisions of sections 643.073, 643.075,643.078 and 643.079 shall not apply to locomotives or enginesused in locomotives engaged in interstate commerce unlessotherwise required under the provisions of the Federal Clean AirAct, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et seq.
