Certification authorized for persons completing asbestos andearthquake training.

643.251. Persons who have completed a course of study onearthquake preparedness which meets state standards and personswho have completed a training course on asbestos abatement whichcomplies with state standards for training courses subsequentlyadopted under the provisions of sections 643.225 to 643.250 shallbe deemed to have complied with requirements for certificationwithout passage of any other course of training.
