Department of health and senior services, department of naturalresources, interagency agreement.

643.265. The department of health and senior services and the departmentof natural resources shall develop an interagency agreement establishingagency responsibilities and procedures concerning asbestos reporting, removaland treatment. The department of health and senior services is herebydesignated the state agency for the administration of loans and grants underthe Asbestos School Hazard Abatement Act of 1984, Public Law 98-377, and otherfederally funded loan or grant programs for the abatement of asbestos.
