Certificate and sticker, commission to establish, display of,requirements.

643.325. 1. The commission shall establish, by rule, anemissions inspection certificate and an emissions inspectionsticker which indicate that a vehicle has been inspected andgiven approval under sections 643.300 to 643.355. The commissionshall also establish, by rule, requirements for display of thesticker on a motor vehicle and requirements for the replacementof a sticker or certificate which has been lost or stolen. Theemissions inspection certificate and the emissions inspectionsticker shall each bear, in a conspicuous place, the legend:"This inspection is mandated by your United States Congress."

2. Each emissions inspection station shall provide anemissions inspection certificate and emissions inspection stickerto the owner of a vehicle which has been inspected and approvedunder the emissions inspection program.
