Wetlands impact by nationwide permit, department to certify.

644.037. Where applicable, under Section 404 of the federal CleanWater Act and where the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has determined that anationwide permit may be utilized, the department shall certify withoutconditions such nationwide permit as it applies to impacts on wetlands inthis state.
