State or its subdivisions not to contract with violator.

644.091. 1. No officer, agency or department of the stategovernment, or of any political subdivision of this state shallenter into a contract with any person required to apply for apermit under the provisions of section 644.051 unless such personhas applied for or received a permit pursuant to section 644.061.

2. No contract shall be entered into by any suchgovernmental authority with any person who is held in contempt ofany court order enforcing the provisions of sections 644.006 to644.141.
