Matching grants for state revolving loan recipients.

644.102. In addition to those sums authorized prior to the effectivedate of this section, the board of fund commissioners of the state ofMissouri, as authorized by sections 37(c) and 37(e) of article III of theConstitution of the state of Missouri, may borrow, on the credit of thisstate, the sum of thirty-five million dollars in the manner and for thepurposes set out in chapters 640 and 644, RSMo.
