Rules and regulations to be adopted by commission--clean watercommission to implement plan.

644.116. The commission's determination of the relative need, thepriority of projects, and the standards of construction shall be based onrules and regulations as adopted by the commission pursuant to this chapterfor wastewater projects. The clean water commission shall implement theintended use plan developed by the safe drinking water commission pursuantto section 640.107, RSMo.
