Repayment of loans credited to fund--administrative fees, depositof, uses of.

644.123. Repayment of principal and interest on loans orassistance awarded from the wastewater loan fund shall becredited to the wastewater loan fund. Any administrative feespursuant to section 644.106 shall be paid to the director ofrevenue and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of anappropriate subaccount of the natural resources protection fundcreated in section 640.220, RSMo, and, subject to appropriationby the general assembly, shall be used by the department to carryout the general administration of programs and projects financed,in part, by assistance from the water pollution control fund orthe wastewater loan fund.
