Exception to limitations on bond interest rates.

644.507. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 644.505or any other provision to the contrary, bonds evidencing theindebtedness heretofore authorized by the general assemblypursuant to article III, section 37(b), but not yet issued, may,after December 20, 1982, be issued bearing such rate or rates ofinterest as may be determined by the board of fund commissioners.
