Investment of water pollution control funds--interest to accrue tofund.

644.526. The state treasurer, with the approval of the boardof fund commissioners, is authorized to invest all of the moneyscredited to the water pollution control fund as he, in theexercise of his best judgment, determines to be in the bestoverall interest of the people of the state of Missouri. Anyinterest received on such deposits shall be credited to the waterpollution control fund.
