Water pollution control bond and interest fund money to standappropriated for payment of principal and interest on bonds.

644.546. All funds paid into the water pollution controlbond and interest fund shall be and stand appropriated withoutlegislative action to the payment of principal and interest ofthe bonds, there to remain until paid out in discharge of theprincipal of the bonds and the interest accruing thereon, and nopart of such funds shall be used for any other purpose so long asany of the principal of the bonds and the interest thereon shallbe unpaid.
