Commissioners authorized to borrow additional $2,500,000 forimprovements.

644.566. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, 1998,the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized bysection 37(e) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, mayborrow on the credit of this state the sum of two and one-half million dollarsin the manner and for the purpose of financing and constructing improvementsas set out in chapter 640, RSMo, and this chapter.

644.566. 1. In addition to those sums authorized prior to the August28, 1999, the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, asauthorized by section 37(e) of article III of the Constitution of the state ofMissouri, may borrow on the credit of this state the sum of two and one-halfmillion dollars in the manner and for the purpose of financing andconstructing improvements as set out in chapter 640, RSMo, and this chapter.

2. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, 1999, theboard of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized by section37(e) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, may borrowon the credit of this state the sum of fifteen million dollars in the mannerand for the purposes set out in chapter 640, RSMo, and this chapter.
