Inspection fees.

650.275. 1. The board, in consultation with the director,shall set the amount of the fees authorized by the provisions ofsections 650.200 to 650.290, by rule or regulation promulgated inaccordance with the provisions of section 536.021, RSMo. Thefees shall be set at a level which reflects the average fees fromat least seventy-five percent of states which regulate boilersand pressure vessels. Additional surveys, when required, shallnot be performed prior to the biennial anniversary of the lastsurvey.

2. The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel requiredby sections 650.200 to 650.290 to be inspected by the chiefinspector, or his deputy inspector, shall pay a fee in accordancewith the fee schedule adopted pursuant to the provisions ofsubsection 1 of this section when invoiced by the chiefinspector.

3. The chief inspector shall transfer all fees so receivedto the director.
