Federal low income telephone assistance matching funds, compliance toobtain.

660.137. The public service commission, the department ofsocial services, and participating providers of local exchangetelecommunications service shall comply with all requirementsexpressly provided by federal order, regulation, and statute foreligible subscribers to qualify for, and to receive matchingfederal low income telephone assistance.
