Waiver of interstate line charges for companies providing economyrates--procedure--effect on economy rates.

660.139. Every local exchange telecommunications companywhich elects to provide economy rate telephone service shallapply to the Federal Communications Commission for theappropriate waiver of the monthly interstate subscriber linecharge. Upon federal approval, the discount provided by thelocal exchange telecommunications company to subscribers ofeconomy rate telephone service shall be increased to include theextent of the monthly waiver of the interstate subscriber linecharge.
