Eligible persons, department's powers and duties.

660.147. The department of social services shall provide tothe participating local exchange telecommunications companiesinformation identifying persons who the department finds areeligible to receive economy rate telephone service. Thedepartment of social services shall on an annual basis during thetime period that applications for utilicare assistance undersections 660.100 to 660.135 are normally accepted validate a listof those persons receiving economy rate telephone service asprovided by the local telecommunications companies to determinecontinued eligibility.
