Plan to be established.

660.150. The department of social services is directed todevise and formulate a program of emergency financial assistanceto needy families with children under twenty-one years of agewhich will qualify the state of Missouri for federal fundspursuant to Sections 603 and 606 of Title 42, United States Code,and such portions of the code of federal regulations as may applyto said sections. Upon receiving approval of the state plan fromthe United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare,the department shall implement the plan.
