Discontinuance of services, when--exception.

660.295. If an eligible adult does not consent to thereceipt of reasonable and necessary protective services, or if aneligible adult withdraws previously given consent, the protectiveservices shall not be provided or continued; except that, if thedirector has reasonable cause to believe that the eligible adultlacks the capacity to consent, the director may seek a courtorder pursuant to the provisions of section 660.285.
