Cost of record search.

660.340. The department shall reimburse any entity for thecost of computer time expended by the entity in making a searchof its records as a result of a request made pursuant to sections660.325 to 660.355, at a reasonable rate. If the request asksfor records of any deposits and withdrawals during the past fiveyears, and the entity cannot obtain such information by automatedsearch of its records, the department shall reimburse the entityat the rate of six dollars per man hour expended.
