Immunity from civil liability for providing requested information.

660.345. Any entity, officer, agent, or employee of suchentities participating in good faith in providing the requestedinformation under sections 660.327, 660.330 and this sectionshall be immune from civil liability that might otherwise resultfrom the release of such information to the department.
