Fee for license or renewal, limitation.

660.409. Each application for a license, or the renewalthereof, issued pursuant to sections 199.025, RSMo, and 660.403to 660.420 shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in theamount required by the division. The fee, to be determined bythe director of the division, shall not exceed one hundreddollars and shall be based on the licensed capacity of theapplicant.
