Definitions.

660.530. As used in sections 660.530 to 660.545, thefollowing terms mean:

(1) "Child day care center", a community facility whichprovides care to a child age six weeks to fourteen years. Suchcare shall be provided for a portion of the day, and less thantwenty-four hours outside the home in a facility licensed andapproved in accordance with applicable local, state and federalstandards for child day care;

(2) "Director", the director of the department of socialservices;

(3) "Residential health care facility", a facility licensedpursuant to the provisions of chapter 198, RSMo;

(4) "Senior citizen services center", a community facilitywhich provides to older adults a combination of services,including the provision of health, social, educational andrecreational services.
