Pilot project rules authorized--promulgation, procedure.

660.534. The director of the department of social services shallpromulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement and administer thecombined senior citizen services center/child day care center orresidential health care facility/child day care center community grantsprogram as provided for in sections 660.530 to 660.545 on a pilot projectbasis. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofthis chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuantto the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
